THE COLORS  OF RABBITS

Absolutely not!! There are a rainbow of colors to consider: white, black, blue, brown, grey, red, orange, lilac, silver, copper, bi-color (or broken pattern), tri-color and every shade in between (except green!).

Rabbits with patterns of white and a color are called ABroken@ colors. Some resemble a Dalmation dog in pattern and some look like a paint horse.

Tri-colors are similar to a calico cat with a white body, colored saddle markings accented by a third color spots.

Harlequin patterns are either striped or patched in alternating colors and are very striking in appearance.

Eye color corresponds with the body color and may range from ruby, brown, blue, blue-grey and black.
